A-LIST Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the A-LIST platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using A-LIST, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

A-LIST is a private, curated, application-based platform offering premium digital experiences and access-based interactions.

A-LIST is not:

• a dating service

• an escort service

• a prostitution service

• an adult content platform

No physical meetings, sexual services, or explicit acts are offered, implied, or permitted.

Access to the Platform is a privilege, not a right.

2. Eligibility & Applications

‍

You must be at least 19 years old to access or apply to the Platform.

All applications are reviewed at A-LIST’s sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, access, visibility, or continued participation.

A-LIST reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or revoke access at any time to protect platform quality, safety, and standards.

3. Dignity, Conduct & Platform Standards

‍

A-LIST is built on principles of dignity, discretion, and mutual respect.

All users agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information

• Act respectfully toward all participants

• Maintain professional and appropriate conduct

• Respect platform boundaries and guidelines

Harassment, coercion, manipulation, abuse, or degrading behavior is prohibited.

A-LIST may take immediate action where conduct undermines platform integrity or user safety.

4. Identity, Authenticity & Fraud

‍

Authenticity is fundamental to A-LIST.

The following constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity

• Use of agencies, managers, studios, or third parties

• Account sharing or substitution of participants

• Outsourcing appearances, sessions, or interactions

• Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information

Fraud or intentional misrepresentation is treated as a zero-tolerance violation.

Where fraud is suspected or confirmed, A-LIST may:

• Request additional verification

• Suspend or terminate access immediately

• Withhold or revoke platform privileges

• Act without prior notice or refund

This is a one-strike enforcement standard.

5. Verification & Monitoring

‍

To protect platform integrity, A-LIST may conduct identity verification and ongoing authenticity checks. Failure to comply with reasonable verification requests may result in suspension or removal.

Verification processes are designed to protect all participants and preserve trust.

6. Payments, Fees & Access

‍

Payments made to or through A-LIST may include access fees, subscriptions, or status-based privileges.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All payments are final and non-refundable

• Fees grant access, not guaranteed outcomes

• A-LIST may change pricing or access structures at any time

Founding Member or early-access fees represent privileged access and are non-refundable.

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

‍

A-LIST does not guarantee:

• matches

• availability

• attention

• earnings

• visibility

• personal, emotional, or financial outcomes

All participation is voluntary and at the user’s own discretion.

‍

8. Confidentiality & Discretion

‍

Users agree to strict confidentiality.

The following are prohibited:

• Recording or redistributing sessions

• Sharing identities or private information

• Screenshots or public disclosure of Platform activity

Violations may result in immediate removal and further action where appropriate.

9. Independent Contractor Status

‍

Creators and participants operate independently. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with A-LIST.

‍

10. Intellectual Property

‍

All Platform content, systems, branding, copy, and structure are the exclusive property of A-LIST or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Suspension & Termination

‍

A-LIST reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time where necessary to protect:

• platform integrity

• user safety

• legal or regulatory compliance

Termination may occur without notice or refund where warranted.

12. Limitation of Liability

‍

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-LIST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. For concerns or complaints, contact complaints@a-list-access.com.

13. Governing Law

‍

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Jurisdiction will be determined based on A-LIST’s operating entity.

14. Updates to Terms

‍

A-LIST may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
